Customer Service Team Member

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions from answering questions to processing orders, providing product information and troubleshooting concerns. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your skills in customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving.

Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Directly assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products, services, and sales opportunities.
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintain friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Attend daily meetings with fellow Customer Service Team Members to collaborate on goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while aligning with sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals, collaborating with the sales team.
- Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers in a face-to-face environment.
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain products and services and effectively drive sales.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others.
- Strong problem solving abilities, ensuring customer issues are addressed accurately and efficiently, while contributing to overall sales goals.
- Our Entry level Customer Service Team Member must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the client.
